All orders are shipped through trusted carriers, including UPS and FedEx for domestic deliveries, and DHL or FedEx International for international shipments (COMING SOON)
Most products require 1–2 business days of processing time before dispatch. Pre-order items will be 10 days of processing time as these products are made to order no matter your shipment preference. Once your order is successfully placed, processing begins automatically — therefore, orders cannot be modified, updated, or cancelled once submitted.
Shipping times are business days, and the rates apply to contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states).
Please note that delivery addresses cannot be changed after checkout without cancelling and placing a new order.
We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees applied by your local customs office for international deliveries. Customers are encouraged to review their shipping information carefully at checkout, as we cannot be held liable for errors in delivery details or misdirected shipments. Once an order has been dispatched, address corrections cannot be made.
In cases where an order is shipped to an incorrect address or a redelivery is required, the customer will be responsible for all related shipping costs.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to follow your parcel’s progress.
We recommend placing your order at least one week in advance to allow adequate time for processing, transit, and potential carrier delays — especially during holidays or busy seasons.
