Refund and Returns Policy

We uphold a rigorous quality control process to ensure that every client receives only premium, authentic products. Because of this, refunds are not permitted on items that have not been returned to our designated returns address (which differs from our general mailing address) or that have not undergone our assessment and approval process.

 

RETURNS POLICY

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Unauthorised returns will be declined or safely discarded.
  • Custom, coloured, or pre-order items are strictly non-refundable.
  • Returned items must remain unused, undisturbed, and in perfect resale condition.
  • Hair ties, clips, and bundle seals must not be loosened, cut, or removed.
  • The curl pattern must remain intact, free from combing, washing, or distress.

All return shipping and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a reliable courier service that provides full tracking and delivery confirmation for your return package.

If returning from outside of the United States, please clearly label your parcel as a “Return” to avoid customs charges or import fees. NOMA Hair & Beauty will not be responsible for any additional fees incurred due to incorrect customs declarations.

All returned orders must be received and inspected before a refund or exchange can be processed. Please allow 7–10 business days for your return to be reviewed, approved, and refunded. This period includes inspection and payment processing times, which may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

HOW TO RETURN

Before sending your item back, please email our Customer Care Team at info@nomahairandbeauty.com with your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will be automatically refused.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders are processed immediately to ensure fast dispatch and delivery. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.

Unauthorised returns or international “return-to-sender” actions will be refused or subject to a return handling fee of 15% plus the original shipping cost.

 

REFUNDS / STORE CREDIT 

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus non-refundable payment processing fees of 4–15%, as these charges are not returned to us by payment providers) or as store credit for the full value of your purchase.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund total.
  • Store credit orders will require a new shipping fee at checkout.
